Design-Build Process

A designer will meet with you in-person or virtually to discuss your vision for the remodel. After learning more about you and how you use the space, we can begin to offer creative design ideas that will bring your desired style to life. 

The designer will take what was learned in the consultation and build a preliminary proposal. We offer high-value products while leveraging our vendor relationships to keep prices competitive without sacrificing quality.

Once the Design Agreement is approved, the designer will meet you on-site to take measurements and start the design process. Every space we create is different. Our final design is a reflection of you, your lifestyle, and your taste. 

After you approve the design, our team will compile a thorough and accurate estimate, including work from reliable trade partners we know and trust. 

Once the contract agreement is approved, we will invite you to view your project in Contractor Foreman, our online project management software. We manage your project to ensure that every step is an enjoyable one.

Your designer is closely involved in the build, ensuring your final product is what you dreamed it would be.
